  1. 1) In one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts ever, a jury awarded

which resulted from medical mistakes made during the delivery.

  2. 2) A jury awarded $100,000,000 in a medical malpractice case to a baby who - as a result of negligent medical care - suffered a severe brain injury, which
required doctors to amputate part of her arm. While other law firms evaluated
and rejected this child's case, our firm was able to understand the facts and
provided expert witnesses to support the family's medical negligence claims.

  3. 3) A verdict of $90,939,857 was awarded to the family of a baby who developed

abruption and order a prompt cesarean section. The fetus was not getting
enough oxygen, which led to severe brain damage.

  4. 4) $55,000,000 was awarded to a child who suffered life-long brain damage

oxygen deprivation, which caused brain damage.

  7. 7) The family of a child who suffered serious brain damage, resulting in cerebral
